Booking policy

In this booking policy the terms “Dreamlike Africa”, “company” “We”, “Us” are used to represent  “ Dreamlike Africa expeditions & Retreats limited” which is a fully registered and licensed tour company in Kenya. As such any statement/ commitment made in this booking policy using aforementioned terms represent the true position of the company’s rules and guidelines with regard to the booking/ cancellation of trip. The terms “Guest(s)”, “you” represent the person(s) who have successfully completed a booking through the company “Dreamlike Africa Expeditions & Retreats”. The terms “supplier” represent outsourced services in our company. These are accommodation facilities, recreational facilities, restaurants and specialist activities guide. Any such service including activities offered by a camp/ lodge falls under this category. The supply is 100% responsible of merits and demerits incurred while providing such services. As such this booking policy may not apply in the context of a supplier services. The guests amay also have to adhere to a booking policy provided by such suppliers. We will therefore not take any liability incurred in the process of booking such services.   Everything to do with a tour guide driver and the vehicle that picks you from the tour starting point only falls under full responsibility of the company.

Dreamlike Africa Expeditions & Retreats limited seeks to offer the most convenient booking/cancellation policy to our clients. A booking will only be complete after a guest advances at least the required minimum deposit payment.  Before the booking process is complete Dreamlike Africa doesn’t own or start making tour plans for the guests. The company doesn’t therefore commit to provide availability of preferred accommodation, activities or any services to the guests before such commitments are made. A guest will be guided by this booking policy until the completion/ cancellation of the booked trip(s). This means that our terms of engagement under this booking policy terminates after completion of your travel with us or after you have cancelled your trip and payment refunded as stipulated in this booking policy.

Payment

All payments to Dreamlike Africa are made through the official website, https://dreamlikeafrica.com. Guests are required to click on the payment button below the  footers in the website pages. This will lead to an external payment page https://payments.pesapal.com/dreamlikeafrica . To ensure secure payment for our guests, we have outsourced the services of Pesapal, a leading payment gateway in Africa. The gateway is fully PCI DSS compliant and therefore ensure enhanced security, its trustable and  doesn’t acquire your personal data in the booking exercise. The gateway accept payment from all major currencies and works for guests from all geographical locations globally.
