Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from Entebbe International Airport or your hotel in Kampala. After a short briefing, you’ll begin the scenic journey southwest to Bwindi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity and lush, mountainous terrain.
Enjoy views of Uganda’s rolling hills, rural villages, and banana plantations. A lunch stop is included—typically in Mbarara or Kabale town. Arrive at Bwindi in the late afternoon or early evening and check into your lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing. You’ll then embark on your guided trek in search of a gorilla family. The trek can last 2–6 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas.
Spend a magical hour with these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After the trek, enjoy a hot lunch back at the lodge. In the afternoon, there’s an optional cultural visit to the Batwa pygmy community.

Day 3: Return to Entebbe or Kampala
Following breakfast, you’ll begin your return journey to Entebbe or Kampala, with lunch en route. You’ll arrive by late afternoon or early evening for hotel drop-off or flight check-in.
